Delivery & Return
Purchased items may take between 1 to 3 weeks (sometimes even longer depending on availability after they have been processed, which may take 2-4 business days). Please note our store will do everything possible to keep delivery as smooth and efficient as possible.

- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
We’ll cover duty costs on all orders. Additional taxes may apply according to local legislation.When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

Refund & Return policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- If you did not receive your product within 60 days you will get a full refund of your purchase.
If your products are returned to us by the postal service because you haven’t taken delivery, we will contact you to let you know. If the product has been returned to us as a result of our error, we will resend the product to you by standard post for no extra charge.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to take delivery, we will either:
- redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery costs, or
- refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs) dependent on whether it remains in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred including re-delivery costs.
If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. Teeraphy accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. In this case, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.
Please note, we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. To this end, sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.orgDepending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
