How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
Please enter your order number & email here to check the status and track your shipment.
Some orders containing multiple items will ship in multiple packages, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package.
How do I proceed through the checkout process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.
How to apply a promotional code to my order?
At the top-right of the first checkout page, Information, there will be a text box labeled “Gift card or promotion code.” Enter your code and click apply; you will see the change this made to your order's price immediately below.
How to use Gift Cards?
You can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case-sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

Trying to find your package? Sorry — this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off.
Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mailroom to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, concierges, and coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.If your package still hasn’t turned up 3 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at email@example.com (if applicable).
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in the post office and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
Return to sender parcels
If your products are returned to us by the postal service because you haven’t taken delivery, we will contact you to let you know. If the product has been returned to us as a result of our error, we will resend the product to you by standard post for no extra charge.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to take delivery, we will either:
- redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery costs, or
- refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs) dependent on whether it remains in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred including re-delivery costs.
If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. Teeraphy accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. In this case, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.
Please note, we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.
